Yes, brokr.in is 100% free to use. We don't charge commissions, listing fees, or take cuts from your deals. We're focused on building a community first. In the future, we may introduce a small subscription fee for premium features, but our core services will remain accessible to all.
Unlike other platforms that cater to buyers and charge brokers hefty commissions, brokr.in is exclusively built FOR brokers. We focus on legitimizing and empowering brokers with professional tools, training, and a verified network, all while letting you keep 100% of your earnings.
Our verification process includes document verification (ID proof, business registration if applicable), phone verification, address verification, and a brief interview. This ensures that only legitimate brokers join our network, maintaining the quality and trust of the platform.
All property listings undergo a backend verification process to ensure authenticity. This includes checking for duplicate listings, verifying property details, and confirming that the broker has the authority to list the property. This helps eliminate ghost inventory and builds trust with clients.
Broker tools (CRM, lead management, document storage, reminders) are planned and coming soon. For the MVP you can list properties and connect with buyers directly; we will add in-app lead and deal management in a future update.
